Patients with coily and textured hair often leave a correct diagnosis without a workable routine: which products, in what order, how often, and how to style without working against their scalp. When that education is missing, adherence suffers, and patients fill the gap with social-media advice. ZAVIWON exists to close that gap with science-informed, culturally rooted education — and to send patients back to you when anything looks medical.

Prescribe or recommend medical treatments
Replace or second-guess your care
I refer back to a dermatologist first when a client presents with:
Sudden, patchy, or rapid hair loss
Scalp pain, sores, crusting, or scaling that isn’t improving
Signs of infection — redness, swelling, warmth, or pus
A scalp condition that’s getting worse despite gentle care
