    • How long is the session? 45 minutes, on Google Meet.

    • Do I need to prep? You'll get a short intake form before the session — fill it in so we use every minute.

    • Are products included? No — your blueprint recommends the right Zaviwon products for your hair, and you buy what fits. You only pay for what your hair actually needs.

    • What if I have a specific concern — breakage, scalp, thinning edges? That's exactly what the blueprint addresses.

    • Is this a product pitch? No — you get a real routine, built for you. If a product fits, we recommend it. If not, we won't.

    • Payment & rescheduling? Payment in full secures your session. Reschedule up to 2 days before, no fee.
